WHERE IS CLICK & COLLECT AVAILABLE?

We are currently offering pickup at all Victorian stores:

GODIVA Emporium
GODIVA Chadstone
GODIVA Doncaster
GODIVA Highpoint

If your product is stocked at a GODIVA store location, then it will be available for pick-up at the checkout. If a location is not listed, then the product in question is not available for pick-up.

Your entire order must be available for pick-up otherwise you will not be able to collect at a location.

HOW DO I SELECT CLICK & COLLECT?

To select Click & Collect, choose the 'Pickup' option at checkout when finishing your purchase. You will be able to select from the options presented as long as product is available at that store.

IS EVERY PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?

Not all products are available for pickup. You can check the stock status of a product on each product page by looking at the stock bar.

If all of your items are available at our GODIVA store, the story will be available to select for Click & Collect at checkout.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?

When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a ‘Your Order is Ready for Pickup’ email. This will usually happen within 4 hours of placing your hours. Please bring your email and valid photo ID to pick up your order.

Make sure to check the store opening hours prior to visiting to collect your order.

HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS?

We will hold your order for 7 days from the date it is ready for collection. You will receive a reminder from us if you have not collected your order within 3 days of receiving the 'Ready for Pickup' notification.

We are unable to extend this timeframe, so be sure to collect your order in time.

WHAT IF I CANNOT PICK UP ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS?

If your order is not collected within 7 days of receiving the 'Ready for Pickup' date, your order will no longer be available for collection and will be cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation email from us, letting you know of the order cancellation and you will be provided with a refund.

CAN SOMEONE COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER FOR ME?

Yes, Click & Collect orders can be collected by a designated person. The person who placed the order can leave a note in the order notes, or alternately, call the store in advance and let them know that they have designated someone else to pick up their order.

You must provide their full name and phone number, and advise them to bring the ‘Your Order is Ready for Pickup’ email and valid photo ID.
